Paperweight Management was founded in 2021 by Jonah Bierman, a sophomore at New York University majoring in Music Business. Born and raised in Virginia, Jonah discovered his passion for the music industry early on through playing in bands and organizing local shows while in high school.

Now at 19 years old, Jonah brings a fresh and forward-thinking approach to artist management, creative marketing, and live event production. Paperweight Management has built a roster of emerging artists, achieving both standout digital results and cultivating unforgettable live events, with thousands of tickets sold for Paperweight Live events in New York City and Washington, D.C. Through Paperweight, he is committed to fostering growth and visibility for artists in the ever changing music industry, empowering them to connect with new audiences and expand their creative impact.
